Reduce height of flash offer window to not covering the buttons at bottom

Last week when changing by buttons from Hero to World suddenly a flash offer window came up with an offer for a mythic light rune for 710 crowns.
Because my finger was already on the way to push the World button I now accidentally confirmed this offer because confirmation button was at same place.
So please

  1. reduce height of flash offer window to not covering the buttons at bottom
  2. add an confirmation window if offer is in crowns as in case of offer is in currency euro or dollar
  3. dont make such an offer because I already had 127

How can I get this 710 crowns back?

That sounds like a terrible experience
I would suggest lodging a support ticket
