We completed yesterday’s bazaar “Tier 16” but some of us didnt get the reward, some did, some didnt i was part of the didnt lol the reward still shows locked after completion of next tier. kingdom= Gem Raiders

Yeah, I was going to write up a ticket for this later but I will just reply here. Of those of us who have commented in the kingdom’s chat, it seems that the majority of us did not receive the reward. And among us who didn’t receive the rewards, one (hitnrun23) said he even checked and saw it as showing completed yesterday but never received his reward.

Interesting. I have seen that when changing kindoms: if the new kingdom is at a higher tier, the rewards that I didn’t get in the previous ones appeared as “missed”. But I have never seen it for members that stayed at the kingdom. I am glad that at least it wasn’t a key reward missed. I hope they can look into it and prevent from happening again.

Yeah it seems to be a new bug i havent seen it b4 either a member buying the final purchase needed kept crashing making the purchase.
I’m on it! I have only had one report of this before for not getting tier XI but none since then.

One of the devs is checking who missed out on the mail and getting that sorted.
This happened because of some issue where one member of your Kingdom had a broken quest timer, so when your Kingdom tried to populate that reward data and saw one player had a different timer to everyone else - it crashed and stopped. So, that is why some people got mail and others didn’t.
I’ll keep an eye out in case this gets reported again, as we should have already released a fix for this happening again.

I just have to do it manually cos that will be faster than programming something to grab those affected
