[Reported] Spring Siphon heals for less than stated amount with permanently poisoned enemy

Steps:

1. Pick a loadout with low healing boost
2. Start the “Dragonking’s Prize” adventure
3. Visit the Fae Gift node
4. Select gift: poison debuff on enemies
5. Cast Spring Siphon in an adventure battle

Result:
Healed for 10% less than [stated value plus healing boost]

Expected:
Should be healed for at least [stated value plus healing boost]

Notes
It seems like the permanent poison debuff is being treated as “-1 turns”.

I haven’t tested the other season 1.3 spells (which check number-of-turns on other debuffs).
