What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
My friends list has been stuck for the last two weeks showing a pending incoming request but when I navigate to the Friends Tab it delays for several seconds and then finally will show a black screen either by waiting or tapping the screen:
If I reload I can get to see my current friends list and also other pending requests. If I attempt to access any other pending requests, either to accept or reject, the game hangs and I have to restart. It seems that there is one pending request that I cannot access and that is causing my Friends list be inaccessible when loading.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Started between 2- 4 weeks ago. Thought it might resolve itself but has not.
Steps to make it happen again
I am not aware of this affecting other users. I don’t know what is causing the issue.
Did my daily check and my friends list was finally accessible, not hanging up and I was able to interact with the pending requests which included these names:
I’m assuming the 2nd name was the offending party. Finally was able to reject it and the notification is now gone and the friends tab is functioning normally again.
