Me and my friend just finished daily gauntlet missions, and was just talking over psn chat. So when we pressed the finish button to get rewards we were logged out and none of us got any of the rewards which suck after we won the whole thing.
Anything you can do about it?
I would only be able to follow up if there is any global compensation we could provide, but that would be a flat amount sent to everyone. As we got it resolved within 20 minutes
We would not be compensating anyone individually, as everyone was affected by the servers being down.
I get it. Just sucks being 2 new addicted Players both barely managing our first 2 gauntlet missions and losing all rewards. Especially the winter event coins.
