So gong song was purchased to replay this adventure the way we thought it was intended, now it seems ur mistake has made u change things mid adventure meaning my gong song has not been used for the porpose of purchase, i have 2d 14h left but now unable to play the adventure, I WOULD LIKE MY CROWNS BACK

I purchased the ÂŁ7.99 monthly crowns offer purely to be able to afford Gong Song to farm this adventure JUST AS WE HAVE BEEN DOING FOR AGES.
Who in their right mind would spend 150 valuable crowns on Gong Song for a few measly battles?
If this adventure wasn’t intended to be farmable by hero swapping, then how on earth are new players supposed to be able to accrue 95 Armour Glyphs, 32 Weapon Glyphs and 63 Accessory Glyphs to raise their battle scrolls to level 50….per hero?!
It’s beyond ridiculous.

You must return 150 crowns to everyone who purchased Gong Song for the current The Deep Mines adventure.
The whole adventure may be finished in 2 days. There is no reason to purchase Gong Song for it the way it suddenly started to work now. The only reason we purchased it is to be able to play the adventure battles the whole 4 days endlessly, to earn XP and crests. Now you broke this important feature today. Now there is no any reason to ever purchase Gong Song.
If you broke today something that always worked properly, then at least return crowns to the players. Or refund us real money we paid.

You should all be refunded in my mind for sure. You were using a feature of the game that was present for more than two years and well known. I always thought this feature was the full reason for Gong’s Song to exist.

Same, I’d like my crowns back. The whole point of buying Gong’s Song was to keep restarting adventure, right? Otherwise, why have it in the first place and make it cost crowns? Really bad change for the game in my opinion. Also if you were going to change it, the sensible thing to do would have been to wait until the adventure was over and then change it moving forward.

I’m having the same issue. I’d rather get my unlimited energy back so I can continue mining glyphs for the remainder of the adventure.

I’ve never heard of this bug.
If I understand correctly in the last 2 years, during each such event, you were able to get as many (armor, accessory, weapon) Glyphs as you wanted for 150 crowns?
It’s a real game changer. While my Glyphs accumulate excruciatingly and insanely slowly, others have been grinding them for days every few months.
My suggestion: those who did not take advantage of this bug should receive huge compensation.
No, that has only been possible this time due to an unexpected consequence of a recent QoL improvement in adventures.
The reset feature did allow farming non replayable adventures until now, but the costs were balanced so that it was more of a boost in terms of progressing faster rather than getting “free” resources. And the free glyphs or mythic relics at the end of adventures were never farmable.
