I have created a new category called Support , for mostly devs to move Bug Reports Reports to when they are not a bug, but the discussion is also not feedback.
For example:
A thread is created as a bug report because a player reports they are missing an item/resource/reward.
After investigation, we confirm they are not missing anything and there is no bug. The thread is marked as [Resolved] and changed from Bug Reports category to Support
For instances where a bug report is found to not be a bug, but leads into a discussion promoting feedback, this will be just changed from a Bug Reports to Game Feedback & Ideas or Game Discussion
This will help me when checking for anything unresolved or any specialised reporting I do about issues, to stop me from opening something in the Bug Report category that was not a bug.
This should not affect anyone else in the forum. Players are restricted from creating Support posts and are directed to make either bug reports or feedback/discussion threads as normal.
This has been delayed as we are waiting for the text to come back from localisation.
Aiming to change the task over the next weekly reset (19th) but will post again once I have more concrete information
Armorer’s Feast not recognising Shards collected from Adventures, Bazaar, etc.
Non-Replayable Adventures will now allow you to swap heroes freely to address a bug where changing a Hero at the end could restart the entire Adventure
This got away from me, just due to a heap of stuff happening at the moment and it completely slipped my mind.
This was meant to happen today but I have ask for it to be tomorrow, as I missed being able to give you the days warning ahead like I have previous stated I would.
We will be upgrading some of our database, this means that there will be some downtime where Puzzle Quest 3 will be unavailable.
Again, it should not be for any more than 30 minutes (or so I have been told) and we are aiming for 2 PM AEDT / 3 AM UTC
[ about 26 hours from now ]
Currently working on a global mail and possible a news item, to let anyone know in-game who is not active here - so please let your Kingdom members know & spread the word if you see anyone in global tomorrow!
Changes Dec 18th AEDT (awaiting eta on when it will be pushed live)
Lowering the ‘Destroy Yellow Gems’ task in the Winter Solstice Event
From 1,000 to 250.
Once this has been released, if you have already surpassed 250 Gems in the Goal, you will just need to make one more Yellow Gem match and the task will trigger as complete.
