[Contact Support] Uninstall the game and cannot login back to my account

I lost my game progress after uninstall the game because the event accessing issue.
Please help to get back my game progress, thank you!

forgot to check whether I got cloud save or not, after uninstall it and found out it’s not save with my Apple Game Center

I purchased event Platinum Pass in day 1, now I lost 6 unfinished battles there, and cannot progress anymore.
