[Contact Support] Cannot access The Mines of Khazdhul Season Event

After the day reset, I cannot login to The Mines of Khazdhul Season Event, and got a black screen. I need to force quit. If I got that, I will stuck in game title screen and I need to wait for 30 minutes before I can access the game and play other game portions. But as long as I try to access Mines of Khazdhul, it becomes black screen again and I need to wait another 30 mins, so frustrating. What can I do now I almost lost 1 day without doing anything on the event
I purchased Platinum Pass I lost 6 unfinished battle there

Update: try to uninstall and install the game - Damn forgot to check whether I got cloud save or not, after uninstall it is not save with my Apple Game Center.
