Can you share any further information, such as when does this occur? Is it consistent in one part of the game? Only in certain battles etc?

Also have you recently reinstalled and reverified PQ3?

Lastly, when playing PQ3 do you have other programs running in the background? And how much RAM do you have?

As this error is not a PQ error but your PC in unable to handle the load on its virtual memory (or at least, most commonly) - I’ve only seen it happen in games, personally, when people are playing with mods or are running numerous programs at once.
