What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
Started a match with an epic savior’s helm equipped, which should, and usually generates 3 V gems. Twice today it started the match and only generated 2 V gems.
How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Is this a once-off issue or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen in specific circumstances?
Happened, that I noticed, for the first time today, Wednesday, August 25th, EST, and it’s happened twice in about 10 runs. It’s happened in different dungeons, so seems to be random.
Steps to make it happen again
Please detail the steps taken to trigger this bug. The more detailed the breakdown, the easier it is for us to test in-house.
Start a battle and check to see how many V gems are created. I’ve attached a screenshot, but you’ll just have to trust that I had an epic helm on.
