I noticed when Dwarven Ring activates and creates IV big gems, Royal 1 does not activate to create the V gems. Do you know if this is a huh or intended? I am hoping this is a bug because I have been developing this set for some time believing Dwarven Ring would trigger Royal 1. Pics attached below. Please advise at your earliest convenience, and thank you for your time.
I have always assumed that royal I only triggers for big gems created through matches. It doesn’t work neither with the Royal II set bonus nor with the savior helm ability, for example. However, it won’t be the first time that what we thought was intended behavior, was a bug instead. It would be great if it is the latter.
So, was there an adjustment made to dwarven ring as stated in the first post of thread? I started a match with a IX red gem for the first time ever. Did Dwarven Ring Activate due to the Khazdhuli 1 Set Bonus? If not, how did I get the IX red gem at start of match.
It seems they have made it so that royal I set bonus now does apply to big gems created at the beginning of the battle, since royal II set bonus and savior helm now give me IV gems instead of III gems. Do you have firewalker necklace? That would explain the IX gem: dwarven ring creates a IV gem, it gets converted into a V gem due to the royal I bonus, and then is upgraded 4 times with the necklace.
Not in the update notes, but a great and welcome improvement.
Should apply for the entirety of the match now. Every time a big red gem is created, there is a chance of it becoming 4 sizes larger with Firewalker’s necklace.
