I opened 9 ultimate caches in the new season and they did not count towards the challenge.
Opened 6 more after restarting the game.
Still saying 0.

did everyone get the Chapter 1 season Goal? I have just 1 report so far that it has not triggered
No, I have not got the chapter goals or the cache goal(s).
I didn’t get the chapter goal either.
I have kingdom members reporting the same issue.
Same - season chapter 1 didn’t count, 8 caches opened - none counted
Cool, I just wanted to make sure it was consistent - I reported both to the team either way!

A fix is in the works, then after that releases we will work on a data smash to grab anyone who has already completed these Season Goals to unlock them.

Update to this, there is a chance we cannot push out a smash to recognise if someone has already purchased Season Caches, as some old data makes it difficulty to differentiate what is a cache purchase and what is just something like a Season Minion purchase

So what’s that mean? Just open more caches?
Here’s a possible fix? What if you just gave everyone a few bonus coins (Shanty’s) whatever you all deem is fair. I bought 3 caches for 600 coins, although I’m not expecting you to comp everyone that much. But even something like 400 maybe would be a nice gesture and hopefully placate everyone.
We are investigating sending out compensation for the Cache Goals themselves, as in, what you would be rewarded if you completed them.
Or a portion of that at least!

This still isn’t fixed and 120 coin is pretty cheap… I opened 15 and was only going do the 20 but now I still have to do 20 more. Grrrrrrr.
The cache goal is working now after I restarted the game.
Ultimate caches are still quite depressing and lousy. But thats a whole other topic to discuss.
That sucks, but you always should restart the game after they do a hotfix. The changes usually won’t be applied till you do.

Oh you mean you did before opening more caches that didn’t work? That’s what I was referring to. My bad if I misunderstood. All this Halloween stuff is new too (just restarted).
“Complete Season Chapter 1” still not fixed for me either.
