Did anyone else not recieve any gems last night at reset for the season.
Gem Raiders on playstation took 1st and we did not receive anything.
Did any other kingdom have the same issue?

Dreamhold took 3rd place on Playstation and haven’t received any gems yet either.

We’ve been 5th on other systems than psn and i believe we’ve got our gems, but I collected everything in bulk this am
I know some teams have gotten them, so devs are probably entering them all manually and will finish up tonight, I’m assuming?
Waiting for the team to start for the day, so I can follow up!
This is never the case, there are hundreds of Kingdoms and could not possibly be sent manually

Ahh no fix so far, I’m still chasing it up!
Wonder if there is a server delay. It might be coming through late, due to how that data is updated and pushed out. Waiting for a dev to get back to me.
Currently do not think anyone should miss their rewards, they might just be real slow.

Here is a kind of breakdown of how these specific rewards are sent out..
There is a background task in game that marks tournaments as completed. The mail is then sent out on a Kingdoms Daily Reset
If a Kingdom’s daily reset happens before these tourneys are marked as completed, the mail is not sent that day. This window is really small.
Then after the next daily reset, opening the Kingdom will push it through daily reset and all users should then get their mail that was missed the day before.
TLDR; if you did not get the rewards right after reset at the end of the Season, they are
sent out the next day.
So, it’s a weird one.. not quite a bug cos it is working as intended, but a bug in inconvenience.
But, if anyone does not see the rewards still, please share your name code!
