It looks like the new account restrictions have expired. You should be able to see the blue message button and upload attachments now.

Also will need anyone’s invite code, from the people affected?

Tell us step by step, what should a large community of steam players do to make the game work for them? I was busy moving. I checked steam access. The server access error is still the same.

Hi @spyhunter - As Jeto said, to continue to investigate, we will need Invite Codes from at least some affected players.
Please provide those and we can continue to look into this.

For starters! You have to admit a joint! Provide instructions on how and where to get this code!Despite the fact that many people have bought your product on steam! Should the buyer solve the problem in the REGION and with STEAM? You have a staff of idle testers and managers, and the problem should be solved by buyers in steam! You should be grateful for the patience that the scandal has not left the dungeons of your community! A month has passed, and in order for the service to work, what do you require from a bona fide STEAM buyer!

The invite code is listed in the bottom left corner of the main Settings screen menu.

EDIT: For additional context on why Morgz is asking for the in-game invite/name code and Steam client information:

This is because the game can’t “see” your Steam account information. The Steam (or any platform for that matter) client is just a portal to access the actual game server. Your invite/name code is what the game server actually sees as your account name and not your Steam name. This is why Morgz is asking for this information provided in-game on the Settings screen so that she can find your account on the game’s servers and begin researching the situation from their side of the game.

Yes, @spyhunter, we need invite codes from affected users so that we can take a look at what is happening in the data. It doesn’t mean we’re trying to fix the problem on an individual basis. It helps us find where the next step in solving the problem might be.

the system does not load before login mode. The server is not available and repeat!

I left a question in the steam community, although this is a problem for your technical support!

It is definitely impossible to catch the invite login data in the logs.

Given that the game is not getting past start-up, and that this is only affecting users based in Russia, and other games have reported connection issues for Russian players in certain regions where regional internet restrictions may be in effect also since April 17/18, as Jeto already explained, this is more likely to be a connection issue within Russia, than any issue on our side.

The way Puzzle Quest 3 is set up, it’s not really possible for us to have a connection issue that only affects one geographic region. Connection issues that are caused by a problem on our side tend to affect everyone globally. That is not the case here.

We can continue to investigate if we can get the information we need, however, you may also need to investigate solutions on your side if there are internet restrictions currently in place within Russia.

Hero names and the Kingdom they are in, would also allow us to search for the accounts - but as Morgs and I have explained, we currently do believe this is an issue with the connections within the country and not specific to our game or our server.

Judging by the community, the Russian steam servers have become available again! Gameplay is available! I checked everything on my account! It’s working!
I would like to note the high percentage of localization errors in the game interface.

Less than a day has passed since my comment. My access is banned, as are all users from Russia 28.05.2025 access is blocked - the servers are not available!

This is still the same case, especially if the game server can only be access with a VPN. We have yet find any issues on our side, that could possibly prevent players from one region from accessing the game.

I bought a VPN, set up access to puzzlequest3.comC:\Users\Nikolay>ping puzzlequest3.com

Will there be any more offers? Should I register explicit addresses?
