I’ve checked my mail yesterday and today and I’ve not recieved my 1000 gems for end of season leaderboard and I’ve also not recieved the rewards from the piggy bank, thanks, I tend to save all my mail and currently have 14 days worth of mail, not sure if that caused the problem as I know many people save mail to open in bulk
Mail can expire. If you leave it for too long, it will disappear.
Is the mail you are missing from older than the current 14 days worth of mail you have sitting there?
? ? Expired…The season just ended and he didnt recieve his end of season stuff 1000 gems for 1st place and his final maxed out piggy bank.
Taf is referring to the “Wedding Crasher” season that just wrapped up, not any older mail. I just received mine yesterday—two separate messages: 1) Season has ended: The Wedding Crasher and 2) Kingdom Seasonal Leaderboard Rewards
All I was confirming is how old the mail that disappeared was, as they mentioned they have “14 days worth of mail”
Which initially sounds like it’s mail older than 14 days, even though they mention missing the end of Season rewards. Which is why I asked to confirm

I can see the 1,000 Gems for your end of Season rewards sitting in your inbox amongst your uncollected mail.
As for the Season Piggy Bank rewards, again, I can see them in your list of uncollected mail - this is your Piggy Bank rewards as well as your Seasonal currency conversion into Ancient Coins.

If you don’t see it at all, if you can share a video of scrolling through your mailbox, that would be helpful. But I can confirm I can see them.
