Reflect and pvp loss

So is it working as intended, that in pvp when i kill someone and they have reflect on and it kills me back it counts as a defeat?
When they drop first.
This makes no sense.
So is it working as intended @Jeto?

Reflect can be triggered after an enemy is defeated- this can cause a loss with the player taking reflected damage before the battle resolves

It is part of the Known Issues of 2.4 Update notes.
