What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
I was in a PVP battle and landed the finishing blow. The enemy’s health went to zero and their death animation played, but the battle ending animation didn’t happen, and the game didn’t end. I was able to continue matching and took damage from an attack from the “dead” foe, which then gave me a defeat.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
I’ve played 2 pvp battles thus far and it happened on the second. Not really enthused about trying again 
Is this a once-off issue or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen in specific circumstances?
