[Reported] Did not receive VIP Pass daily rewards on Day 2

What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
I bought the VIP Pass before the reset and claimed it. After the reset, the VIP Daily Rewards was already claimed, due to reset in 24 hours.

I checked to make sure I didn’t already claim it, but I do not have any golden keys or dungeon loot tickets.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Unsure, first time. The game prompted me that a new day has started before letting me into the store, then it let me claim the free daily reward but not the VIP one.

Steps to make it happen again
Will check again tomorrow, but by then I’ll request a refund for the VIP Pass.

Wanted to let you know that this has been reported to the Dev Team. I’ve been told that this should be fixed in .37 and compensation will be sent out this week to the player having this issue.
