[Reported] VIP Rewards not collectible when on store screen on rollover

What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
If you are on a console device please feel free to take a photo using another device. Where possible, a video helps us best. Try uploading it to Youtube privately.

I should be able to collect my vip Rewards. Instead, the collect button is greyed out and have the V symbol on it.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Is this a once-off issue or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen in specific circumstances?
This has happened twice. I was able to collect my reward yesterday, but could not the day before or today.

Steps to make it happen again
Please detail the steps taken to trigger this bug. The more detailed the breakdown, the easier it is for us to test in-house.

  1. buy the VIP package
  2. goto the store screen
  3. wait until 8:00 eastern time
  4. note that the vip Rewards cannot be collected.

Thank you for posting this! Wanted to let you know we have reported this to the Dev Team and I’ve been told that this should be fixed in .37.

Compensation will be sent out this week to the player having this issue.
