Epic Burning Fury gives 100% bonus damage when Enraged. I have confirmed two dozen times the bonus damage us not applied. Standard damage only for spell cast, no bonus damage applies.

Every time it’s cast - bonus DMG not applied.

Cast the epic burning fury spell when Enraged, no bonus dmg

Cast Epic Burning Fury on a berserker while enraged - no bonus DMG applied. Same damage everytime.
