Not a big bug but has happened twice a few weeks apart. So just an FYI report. I left the game in the background on my android phone and after coming back to it I was unable to interact with it nor did it automatically restart. The screen was kind of funky too. Force closing the game and restarting and all was fine.
I’ve experienced this as well with my Android phone. Force closing the app and restarting fixes it for me.
How long are you leaving the game inactive in the background?
I’ll pass the details on to the team to look at why the restart pop-up didn’t occur, but glad it is resolved by restarting!
In my case it’s been anywhere from a minute or two to 10 minutes. Sometimes it does the loading screen before you get the black background, sometimes you just get the black background
I’m pretty sure the first time was less than 10 minutes. The 2nd time was about 5 minutes, maybe less.
Also what devices are everyone experiencing this on?
