Just as I got one ticket and will expect more to come through.
We recently started clearing through a backlog of player reports in our system for PQ3 and it appears that they have automatically sent warnings to players inboxes.
Chat warnings, like chat bans, should only be applied manually, so I am currently investigating what has caused this mail to be automated.
Having checked one player’s chat history, these warnings are not being applied to anyone chat record, so they should not affect any incidents in future - they have only triggered a mail to be sent.
If anyone in your Kingdom or someone else in chat mentions the above, please direct them to this post for information. There is no need to submit a ticket.
