[Tech Issue] Game hangs at store

What were you expecting to happen, and what actually happened
Whenever I attempt to open the store, the game hangs and I have to kill it. After that, game will boot loop until I kill it again.

If you are on a console device please feel free to take a photo using another device. Where possible, a video helps us best. Try uploading it to Youtube privately.

How often does this happen? When did it begin happening?
Happens almost everytime I open the store. Started after the second to last update.
Is this a once-off issue or has it been a consistent issue? Does it only happen in specific circumstances?
Consistent.
Steps to make it happen again
Log into game, open store.
Please detail the steps taken to trigger this bug. The more detailed the breakdown, the easier it is for us to test in-house.

Thanks for sharing this, we’ve tried reproducing this error on are end and haven’t experienced this issue. Are you able to provide a screenshot of what this?

Also when this happens does the Shop completely load or just partially and are you able to interact with any of the Shop tab icons?

I think it was tied to my VPN. I use nordvpn and after disabling, I no longer have the issue.
