Update 1.5 Patch Notes

It was included in the AP blog!
But this was one of the items I mentioned at the bottom of the patch notes, that was missing that I would be adding in later

Spells will now have their mana capped at 80% at the beginning of battle, in line with the cap on the Starting Mana stat.
