So I understand that, as part of the changes to VIP, the devs removed level zero and it now starts at level 1. But if that’s the case, then every VIP member should have gone up 1 level. But that’s not what happened. We all lost a level. This makes no sense.
If you were a level 6 before the update you had achieved 7 levels:

Note on Resh Crystal’s, this was not intended and the team is looking at getting them back into the Archive Rewards
Am I dreaming? Specific glyphs for gems? My prayers have been answered, this is awesome!!! We have argued once and again about the glyph problem, especially having to spend such a precious resource as gems to get a random result with probabilities that don’t match upgrade necessities. I believe this is a great solution: glyphs are still scarce enough as you want/need but now we can be sure of getting at least one glyph of each type each week without having to take the emotion rollercoaster that was buying random glyphs. Upgrading gear to legendary/mythic is still a slow process but at least now it is more predictable.
On the collateral loss of glyphs for diamond marks, as long as we can still use them for T4 relics I am more than happy with the changes.
I cannot thank you enough for this great anniversary gift, this is probably what I needed most to keep engaged with this game I enjoy so much. Than you for listening us out, happy birthday to all!!!
They didn’t just remove the Resh Crystals from the Archive Seasons - they also removed the abilities to purchase Relics from seasons 1-3. Why? We need more opportunities to purchase Relics, not fewer.
It was nice if they would have warned us that glyphs for diamonds are removed from the reward shop in 2.0… I’m sitting at 850 something diamond marks.
Or could one of the team let us know if the glyphs are still available but only weekly now like T4 relic? Or is that also removed now from the marks shop?
New Season Mythic Lobster/Crustacean Claw missing name and description
Apparently there are new minions that have been randomly added to the game with no warning. Here’s an example:
I believe I saw mention of a Poison Doomkin as well.
@Jeto, is it possible we can be provided an inventory of the newly available minions?
Yes, I got a Poison Doomikin, after accidentally salvaging it earlier today. The picture was too similar to the normal one… A “new” banner on the new item’s picture would be helpful.
As for VIP Ranks, I posted in world chat we removed VIP Rank 0, this was a mistake as this was actually just renamed ages ago.
Pre 2.0 Rank 1 had no rewards and was a 0 XP requirement, so it was essentially merged into what was Rank 2. Now in 2.0 every rank had its number dropped by 1. So there is a total of 12 Ranks to VIP instead of 13.
The loyalty rewards will not have changed for players despite visually being a different rank.

Man, that corrupted gear looks stout! I have, admittedly, yawned a good deal over most of the gear that has dropped with previous seasons, but this stuff looks tough!
I second the praise for the addition of 1 glyph for a reasonable sum of gems. Blowing 1700 to end up with a minion glyph week after week was getting really old. Thanks!
Negative speed?
Though I don’t think this is necessarily broken, just weird to see.
Why have adventures changed to no longer allow you to change heroes without restarting? This is incredibly annoying and not in the version release notes. I usually start adventures with my glass cannon and swap to a slower, but more reliable character when I hit a wall. Not having any warning that I couldn’t do that anymore really affected the decisions I made in adventure.
Are all adventures going forward going to use this mechanic?
KD dragon runs are hanging sometimes upon completion and failing to return the player to the KD lobby.
Let my loading circle sit there for 5 mins, and force closed and restarted. Game restarted fine, but the game is reporting a zero score for my third dragon run of the day.
I had the KD run hang twice last night - I think my score counted, but not 100% sure

Update on mystery Minions
These Minions were intended to be console exclusives, but due to an error, they were included in the chest pool data.
Currently the team is looking into swapping these exclusive Minions to their standard version for anyone who has received them along some Gems for the mix up.
Note: this will only be sent to those who received the incorrect Minion.
This should begin being processed tonight or tomorrow morning at the latest. With changes coming through I expect before the office is closed for the weekend, but if that takes longer I will do my best to jump in and update before we close Friday.
As for the game hanging, I passed this on earlier as I had this issue myself in the studio today.
It is very nice, but I wouldn’t upgraded it if it weren’t a new pet.
Well, after two years of promising to do so, (high-tier) relics are finally farmable from Dungeon chests.
The Minion fix will be going out shortly, I realised it missed it previously but it will also include any resources that had been spent on upgrading them.
Also Season update
The next Season looks like it will be delayed by one day, starting on the 22nd of March instead of the 21st of March.
This will also push the chapter unlocks and difficulty modes back by a day as well
