While it has only been once, @Lyrian do you have any Gear that transforms a random Gem into a Big Gem?

Following up on this: Duplicated the bug with a Savior’s Helm equipped to create a start-of-match corrupted Risen Gem from a Big III Gem.

It is the same issue as @00h00m pointed out.
