Update 3.3 Patch Notes

A lot of players are reporting crashing when killing the last enemy in Boss Rush. Here you have more examples of the errors:



Seems to be a platform specific issue. Haven’t seen any errors on the PlayStation yet.

A fix has just been pushed out that should stop this error from showing up.

That’s cool. We who have experienced have neither tokens nor rewards however.

Buying more tokens allowed me to finish the boss fight so that is good. No rewards, and no build up of green gems, armour etc which would have been there previously so died initially as well. Two tokens left from 300 gem token purchase so that has allowed me to restart and progress and get early rewards. Might as well buy the 500 as well to finish it off. These things happen.

I see a change in Citadel that I don’t remember seeing in the patch notes. The first choice of every category…Power, Vitality, and the Masteries went from having a 50 level limit to having the infinity sign next to them (sideways 8). I’m assuming this was an intended change?

We’re a little light on the ground due to the studio being closed for the next few days, but popped in to say that we will be sorting out comp once we’re back next week.

They were not limited to 50 before, but they did not have the infinity indicator.

Oh ok, had me wondering if Citadel changes were coming.

Any devs around? We got a problem…To your Doom adventure was extended an extra day to give us players the chance to finish it. Unfortunately, we weren’t given an energy reset for the final day (today) so there is no way to finish it, unless we spend 50 gems for energy.

Ok, I failed to see the advance bar. So I started the new event at a lower level. Then I advanced the bar to as high as I. This cost me 1000s of gems. Now, I seem to be stuck at a lower level, with lower rewards, than the upper level I’ve bested. Now I cannot advance my hero, and cannot place a support ticket as the system will not recognize my platform or my iOS level.

The event level will be fixed once you do your first battle. So if you started the dungeon at tier V and Bosh rush at tier VI, you will only get the rewards corresponding to those levels, changing the general difficulty (the upper bar) won’t change it. Buying caches to have more battles will only increase enemy level, but not the event rewards.

However, when the events reset you will be able to start them at another level. So tomorrow you will be able to start the dungeon event at tier XII and receive the corresponding rewards to that tier (boss rush takes 9 days to come again).

Hi Higgy;
I did exactly that, didn’t notice the bar at the top to advance my opponent. Then noticed it after a few easy rounds and advanced the bar. Then played some very intense rounds. Next day, I’m back at the lower level and cannot get to XII.
You answered my question, just got to wait until reset, I think.
Will be interesting to see when I get back to XII, what level I’ll be then.
Bugs, they are everywhere.

I don’t see this listed anywhere in any of the Event reward descriptions.

I’ve only seen the gem payout when not claiming the Event rewards, resulting in the keys being mailed to you (the gems show up there).

The gems are the reward after the first two gold chests.

Well I believe it is time to say how much I love the Event rework :purple_heart:

Not only does it have now great rewards, but also the challenge tier XII gives us is the real deal. Nice to finally have some content I cannot breeze through (or right now even beat at all :sweat_smile:).

So thank you very much for this, great job! :blush:

The new events and shop are awesome.

Definitely a good way to get glyphs / progression materials, and you’ll need it to fight these new behemoths.
