Bloodfang Twinblade - when bonus to crit chance is calculated?

Hi,
Bloodfang Twinblade gives +x% bonus to crit chance for every gem of a given color on board, but when this bonus is calculeated? At the start o turn, at the end before matches, or after the matches?

Essentially the exact timing is after all matches have been completed, the board finishes resolving any cascades, and damage is dealt, just prior to the enemy taking its turn. For the first turn it is essentially start of match before any gem conversions occur from other gear like Firewalker rings.
