A few hours is a lot of time lost that could have been getting follower crystals as a reward.
To clarify, the Gems we sent out were for the issue reported in this thread - unable to access the Adventure or it loads with full progress
The issue with your energy being set to one difficulty, as that has not yet been resolved, we have not sent through any compensation for this.
I hope you understand what I was trying to say last week concerning Dawn Circuit. I had sunk alot of gems into ultimate difficulty, completely forgetting about the bug and then not wanting to abandon my gems, kept dying trying to get value out of the 250 gems I spent, making the problem much worse. I finally just gave up and moved to a lower difficulty to try and cut my losses before it got even worse.
