I’m seeing a lot of great ideasfor revamps on tavern followers. I’m seeing a few good ideas for end game modes. One problem is Developer delay. A common problem with free-to-play models.
I posted my inability to buy a citadel pack due to an in-game bug that will not allow me to purchase. The bug has been noted and will be fixed in the 4.1 patch. I no longer need the pack, three weeks later.
I don’t have one fully-honed piece of gear, and no immortal gear, yet at max difficulty the game is way too easy. There is no persistent challenge, and no game mode to keep me online.
You’ve already made a great game. But if you don’t address the lack of end-game content, the player-base population will decline. In-depth end-game content is the bane for most free-to-play models.
I don’t think that’s the case here. Console patches cost money and they go through a whole process before their released. So unless its something vital to the game, most of the time whatever it is that requires a patch to fix will wait for the next title update. This is true for free to play like this game and triple A titles as well. The devs of PQ3 have been really good about listening to feedback and adding things. And we’re still getting new season content every two months. Especially impressive when you consider they’re down to something like half their staff.
I have. It’s easy. To be clear, the game is a blast, but ceases being a challenge after a certain point. I’ve fulfilled no health loss and max points several times at max difficulty. Looking for a solid end-game mode
I agree 1000% only new “content” being variant season after variant season is getting old fast still waiting patiently for these mythical endless dungeons we were teased with long ago, events was a nice change but as someone who has went 500+ straight battles on max difficulty lost count after awhile, without ever losing a point def due for new endgame content to keep engaged.
LTMS/challenge runs with exclusive rewards upon completion could be interesting i’d enjoy something like that. I’m open to anything that adds a lil spice to the game.
Yes, we definitely do want tougher, more like ‘end game’ content. The 200 level Events were (and are) very good. But ‘sorry’ to say, lol, many of us are winning most of the fights with full life and not much difficulty.
Thank you devs for continuing to giving us new seasons and updates every two months. But at least let us know what you are planning for end game players.
