Now the problem is not the game, it is our accounts, new account works well

Ive spent hundreds on my account already no way im starting a new account

Iā€™m not saying for you to make new account, but the game works with new account

Hey all,

There was nothing further to update yesterday before end of day, even during the night (I had checked in to be sure) as we await the fix to be approved.

As mentioned in my second post, this could take up to 24 hours but we do not have an estimate of how long this fix will take to pass through submission - which is all we are waiting on now!

Also, in case it was missed againā€¦ compensation for this will be sorted once this has been resolved so we understand the scale of what has been affected.

I did jot see a message and un-installed and reinstalled and got in, but it will not restore my account. Says account not foundā€¦ Guess this the final leg in the journey of losing players

If anyone has reinstalled and lost access to their account, we can get you back in if you submit a ticket to Support!
All accounts are stored on our servers so no progress or data has been lost.

Yep. Got me too. Bored too death in the hospital with nothing to do. I just had for VIP too. :melting_face:

well that made it worse now the game just keeps restarting

In the final stages of the fix being released :sparkles:

2.1 is available again on the Google Play store, which will overwrite 2.2 for anyone who has updated.

Currently working now on compensation.

If anyone gets locked out again, you can just go to Google Play and update from there again.

Desinstall v2.2 : ok.
Install v2.1 on Play Store : ok.
Restore account : ok.
Play game : koā€¦

Hi Jeto, thanks forall the updates and support through this 2.2 issue.
I want to make sure I understand what I need to do next?
-I saw the warning yesterday that a version had been released and not to update, so I didnā€™t then.
-Tonight before opening the game, I saw an update in the Play store, but I skipped it.
-I opened the PQ3 app, and after some initial loading, I got the download new content now or later option, and figured if it was in the existing game and I had avoided updating outside the game, this must be a legit update, maybe the solution from yesterdayā€™s 2.2 issue, and I chose download now.
It finished and the game closed, I figured it needed to reload after the download.
-It was 2.2, so following the suggestions, I uninstalled/reinstalled from Play.
-At the Start Game prompt, I restored my account from your cloud restore option.
-Now at launch I get the error my account played on a future version and cannot open (the same one many posted in this thread already)

Should I file a ticket or is this common enough of thing now there are steps I can follow to get back to logged in?

Following up on this now @The_Rev! This is something the team may need to manually go into to resolve, and could continue to pop up until 2.2 officially releases.

No need to submit a ticket for this, was more if people couldnā€™t recover their account cos they werenā€™t linked to an email or had no cloud save etc.

Ok, since I posted that, I saw more of the thread that said installing 2.1 again would overwrite 2.2, so I am trying that once more in case I missed something.

Itā€™s installing now, so Iā€™ll update here if it works or not shortly.

OK, it installed, I saw v2.1.xxx at the Start Now page, and the Cloud Save button said data found, so I clicked that, it showed my account name and all the details were correct, so I chose restore.

It relaunched the app and when it came up, it again showed that my account had played a future version, so my saved account in your systems must be tagged as 2.2 and wonā€™t allow it to launch.

Iā€™m fine waiting for whatever is needed, but I suspect several players are in this spot too ā€“ their profiles are marked as being 2.2.

Let me know what/if you need anything from me, ticket, account name, etc, otherwise Iā€™ll watch here for more info.
